Thrive Diaper Drives 2021
On April 6, 2021 Thrive hosted our first diaper drive in Decatur, Georgia. Our event was hosted at Life Cycle OBGYN & Pediatrics. We provided families with diapers, wipes, nursing bras, milk storage bags and much more. We had the opportunity to meet pregnancy and new moms in the community, provide breastfeeding education and sign mother’s up for breastfeeding class and refer to Thrives support group. ROSE and Helping Mamas donated all items for this event.
October 16, 2021 was Thrive’s second diaper drive in Loganville, Georgia. Our event was hosted at Gifted Hands Midwifery. We partnered with Midwife Kay to provide the community with essential baby items. This time around we have our lovely teenage daughters come out to volunteer. Helping Mamas and Gifted Hands Midwifery donated all items for this event.
